Job summary

Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration seeks a Division Manager to lead complex construction projects from inception to completion. You will supervise field and office staff, drive cost control, ensure safety, and maintain client satisfaction across multiple high-value undertakings.

You must direct all phases of projects, mentor teams, manage budgets, and uphold ethical standards while coordinating with owners and vendors to meet schedules and quality goals.

• Oversee client pre-con and final walkthroughs; expedite warranty requests.
• Control direct and indirect construction expenditures.
• Schedule all construction-related activities across projects.
• Maintain client satisfaction throughout the build.
• Keep management informed of progress and financial status.
• Plan for and execute project close-out requirements.
