Job summary

Resource Environmental Solutions LLC seeks a Mitigation Banking Operations Analyst (Ecological Restoration) to support project financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis across our mitigation banking portfolio.

You will extract data from NetSuite, Apollo, and Hubspot, build reports for monthly and quarterly reviews, maintain budgets in Apollo, and lead financial review meetings with project managers and leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of mitigation banking experience.
• Understanding of mitigation banking operations, regulatory processes, and project finance.
• Experience with financial, operational, or project reporting systems.
• Experience supporting recurring reporting cycles, budget updates, forecasts, and project financial reviews.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from systems (NetSuite, Apollo, Hubspot) to build reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual needs.
• Maintain and update project budgets in Apollo with actuals and forecast updates.
• Lead monthly meetings focused on project financials with PMs, finance partners, and HUB leadership.
• Track financial information tied to project performance, regulatory requirements, and business planning.
