Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Mitel UC solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on Mitel platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers and document resolutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Support associated network infrastructure including LAN and VoIP.
