Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a process-oriented professional to model, maintain, and develop business processes using SmartProcess. You will design, configure, and optimize automated workflows within the same system, while assessing interfaces, dependencies, and risks across processes.

You will also support the central document management system (CTT) and advise managers on improvement initiatives as part of CIP. English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Completed a commercial or technical training program.
• Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented work style.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the CTT Division, including plant visits for documentation, training, coordination and audit support.
• Knowledge of BPMN or willingness to learn BPMN 2.0.

• You analyze and evaluate process interfaces, process dependencies, and process risks
• You are responsible for the central document management system CTT
• You advise managers and process owners on improvement initiatives as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP)

Qualifications:

• You have completed a commercial or technical training program
• You work in a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented manner
• You are accustomed to working independently and taking ownership of your tasks
• You are willing to travel regularly within the CTT Division, including visits to the plants under your supervision for process documentation, training, coordination, and audit support
• You have knowledge of BPMN or are willing to familiarize yourself with BPMN standards (BPMN 2.0)
• You have good written and spoken English skills
