Job summary

Freudenberg Performance Materials LP (USA) seeks a detail‑oriented team member to operate and support production lines, handle materials, monitor processes for efficiency and quality, and perform regular inspections with a lean mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with process control systems, quality checks, and inspection.
• Must read a ruler and understand fractions, and demonstrate basic math skills.
