Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Lansing, MI is seeking a Managers in Training to learn all WOW processes and become an expert in every shop role. This program rotates through CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator certifications while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting team goals.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED; college or military background is preferred. Automotive technical training or repair procedure coursework is a plus, with ongoing onboarding and

Responsibilities

• Must complete the RBC for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.
• Take the CSR Role Based Certification and perform CSR duties for several weeks.
• Take the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform duties for several weeks.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and perform duties for several months.
