Job summary

Windsor is seeking a Manager in Training to act as an Assistant Manager while completing required courses and hands-on experience to advance to a keyed store management position. You will coach and motivate a team to drive sales, ensure loss prevention, and uphold Windsor’s standards across operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on store leadership, adherence to policies, and development of staff through training and recruiting efforts, with a focus on maintaining a high-performance,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience or 6 months working for Windsor at store-level.
• Proven leadership experience with ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills for one-on-one and group settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales by coaching and motivating employees to achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, guidelines and programs.
• Direct loss prevention procedures and controls to reduce shrink and expenses.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping to meet standards.
• Adhere to dress code policy and company visual standards.
• Assist in conducting training and recruiting.
• Delegate daily operational duties to team members and oversee store operations.
• Ensure a safe and secure work environment.
