Job summary

Windsor-Fashions-LLC in New York seeks a committed retail associate to deliver exceptional guest service and meet personal sales goals. You will help create an inviting, visually appealing store and support all daily operations with integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities include following loss prevention policies, processing shipments and transfers, maintaining stockroom organization, executing promotions, restocking displays, and assisting management with visual upkeep and checkout

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service preferred.
• Ability to maintain store visuals per guidelines.
• Understanding of loss prevention policies.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Achieves Personal Sales Goals and contributes to store performance.
• Follows Loss Prevention and cashiering policies and procedures.
• Completes Weekly Checklist.
• Accurately processes store shipments and transfers; reports discrepancies.
• Maintains stockroom/back stock organization and floor replenishment.
• Maintains store promotional signage and visual standards.
• Picks/ships RTVs, transfers, and internet orders per policy.
• Maintains shoe displays and floor merchandising per guidelines.
• Completes markdowns according to policy and schedules.
• Supports management with visual upkeep and floor plan execution.
