Job summary

Windsor is seeking a store associate in Kansas to drive sales using the store's sell steps, maintain a visually appealing shop floor, and support team goals. You will handle stock, assist customers, and follow loss-prevention policies while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include achieving personal sales targets, processing shipments, and maintaining merchandise displays and promotions as directed by store management.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
