Job summary

Windsor is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Texas. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, shrink control, payroll, and expenses while coaching a high-performing team of fashion Stylists.

You will organize daily operations, ensure a welcoming Oasis experience for every customer, and maintain Windsor’s Visual Guidelines. Strong leadership and communication will help you grow with the brand and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group settings and one-on-one.
• Willingness to welcome feedback and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store productivity in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Lead and mentor a team of fashion Stylists, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Build brand loyalty through omni-channel Oasis experiences for customers.
• Recruit, onboard and develop talent to maintain a strong talent pool.
• Plan and organize daily operations to ensure a neat, compliant store environment.
• Supervise training, lead by example, and recognize top performers.
