Job summary

Montage International is seeking participants for the IMPACT Food & Beverage Front of House MIT Program at Montage Deer Valley in Utah. The program offers hands-on experience in luxury hotel F&B operations, with mentorship and growth opportunities across leadership levels.

You will work collaboratively with a team, attend meetings, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences while learning in a premium hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a two- or four-year college or university.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment is a plus.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Being hands-on in daily front-of-house operations.
• Attend meetings, improve processes, and develop relationships.
• Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments.
• Maintain high standards of service and attention to detail.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business demands.
