Job summary

Montage International is seeking passionate colleagues to join its IMPACT Food & Beverage Front of House program. You will be part of a luxury hotel team delivering personalized guest experiences, while growing through structured mentorship and leadership exposure.

The role emphasizes hands-on service, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic luxury environment with opportunities for career advancement within Montage Hotels & Resorts and Pendry brands.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a two- or four-year college or university.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Experience in food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment, a plus.
• Luxury hotel experience, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service and attention to detail
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business demands
• Immersed in the day-to-day F&B operations

• Comprehensive training plan with a weekly connection with leadership

• Collaborate with property leadership on projects

Physical Requirements

• Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over
• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis

The pay scale for the MIT/IMPACT role is $XX,00.00 to $XX,000.00. The pay scale is the base salary wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
