Montage International invites you to join the IMAPACT Food & Beverage Front of House MIT Program in Laguna Beach, CA. You’ll work hands-on in luxury hospitality, contribute to exceptional guest experiences, and participate in leadership insights while growing professionally in a supportive team environment.

Expect a collaborative, fast-paced setting with training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance into supervisory or entry-level management roles within our luxury properties.

Must Haves

• Graduated from a two- or four-year college or university, a must
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment Intermediate
• Intermediate computer skills
• Experience in food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment, a plus
• Luxury hotel experience, a plus

Physical Requirements

• Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over
• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis

The pay scale for the MIT/IMPACT role is $XX,00.00 to $XX,000.00. The pay scale is the base salary wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
