Job summary

Heritage Care Center of Berkley in Missouri seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead clinical and operational excellence with a focus on resident dignity and quality care. You will build a strong leadership team, drive regulatory compliance, and improve census and finances in a dynamic environment while promoting engagement and a compassionate culture.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license is required.
• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
• Experience turning around underperforming facilities and leading organizational turnaround efforts.
• Experience working with behavioral health residents and managing complex populations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Progressive leadership experience.
• 4+ years as a Nursing Home Administrator.

What You'll Do

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

• Current Missouri Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.

• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.

• Demonstrated success improving challenged operations or leading organizational turnaround efforts.

• Experience working with behavioral health residents and managing complex resident populations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

• Progressive leadership experience.

• 4 year's experience as a Nursing Home Administrator

• Ability to remain calm under pressure while making confident, timely decisions.

• High integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

• A hands-on leadership style with the willingness to lead from the front.
