Rest Haven Health Care Center in Sedalia, Missouri, part of AMA LTC, seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 86-bed skilled nursing facility. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Missouri Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in good standing.
• Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, visible leadership fostering a positive, accountable culture.
• Partner with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to achieve clinical and operational outcomes.
• Develop, mentor, and retain department leaders and staff.
• Create an environment where residents, families, and employees feel valued.
• Lead quality improvement and ensure regulatory compliance across the facility.
• Manage budgets, census growth, staffing, and overall performance.
• Build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
