Virtual Vocations Inc. is seeking a PRN Missouri Licensed Inpatient Coder II to accurately assign diagnosis and procedure codes for inpatient encounters while ensuring regulatory compliance and collaborating with hospital departments.

You will abstract required data elements, review encounters for compliant coding, query providers as needed, and partner with leadership to maintain the integrity of medical records and coding practices.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Inpatient coding experience with 2–5 years preferred.
• Certification as CCS, RHIA, or RHIT required or preferred.
