Job summary

Garver is seeking a Mississippi Water Team Leader to join our Southeast Water Team in Ridgeland, Mississippi, working on water infrastructure and facilities projects.

The Water Team Leader will manage a multi-disciplinary team through all phases of delivery, including design reports, studies, technical memoranda, detailed plans, and specifications, while coordinating with clients to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Requires 6+ years of water sector experience with at least 3 years in project/team leadership.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• Experience leading designs with detailed plans and specifications for water/wastewater projects.
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater infrastructure principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplined project team (civil, process, structural, mechanical, electrical, I&C).
• Manage scope, budgets, and schedules for water/wastewater projects.
• Oversee design development of water/wastewater facilities and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and internal teams.
• Lead business development and client engagement activities.
