Job summary

Garver is seeking an experienced water industry professional as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for our Kansas/Missouri portfolio in our Overland Park or Kansas City office. The role includes leading diverse water and wastewater projects, managing scope, budget, and schedule for a team of project engineers and CAD Technicians, and representing Garver in client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• 5+ years of similar technical project management experience.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE).
• Masters’ Degree in civil or environmental engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, budget, and schedule for a team of project engineers, design engineers, and CAD Technicians in the development of water projects.
• Prepare and deliver Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans.
• Conduct Construction engineering administration management for local projects.
• Coordinate with regulating agencies and ensure timely project reporting.
