The ideal candidate will hold a BS in Civil Engineering, be a licensed PE (MS/AR) or able to obtain, and bring 10+ years in Water Resources/Hydrology/Hydraulics with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer in Mississippi or Arkansas (or ability to obtain).
• 10+ years in Water Resources/Hydrology/Hydraulics with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytics, and teamwork.
• Advanced knowledge of hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and GIS-based tools.
• Experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, ArcGIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hydrology & Hydraulics operations across MS/AR.
• Mentor H&H staff and drive project delivery quality.
• Oversee diverse H&H studies and engineering projects.
• Support business development and client relations across regions.
