Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior sales and growth leader to drive enterprise and mission transformation efforts across Defense and Intelligence. You will collaborate with Guidehouse Technology SMEs to align capabilities with client needs, lead strategic growth initiatives, and support technology transformation and digital modernization.

Travel up to 10% and the role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance, with extensive leadership coordination and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, International Affairs, Management, or a related field.
• Fifteen (15)+ years of relevant experience across the Defense and Intelligence industry.
• Ten (10)+ years of sales or sales-related roles across the Defense and Intelligence Industry.
• Demonstrated experience performing responsibilities directly related to the position.
• Ability to work in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with senior leaders, technical experts, or operational stakeholders.
