Job summary

Inflow is seeking a Senior Intelligence Training Lead in Fairfax County, VA to develop and deliver training materials for intelligence professionals supporting DoD and government agencies. You will lead a team, manage education programs, and ensure compliance with data governance and interoperability standards.

Active TS/SCI clearance required; 4+ years leading teams in intelligence planning and dissemination; strong briefing skills and experience with SOPs, data architecture, and training

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required and CI polygraph willingness.
  • 4+ years leading a team managing intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
  • Experience with bilateral/multilateral partners in intelligence information sharing or interoperability.
  • Ability to deliver professional briefings to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
  • Provide lesson plans, presentations, curricula and maintain training materiel within the educational system (e.g., AGILE, TDC).
  • Review policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess incorporation into training products.
  • Develop, maintain training records and tracking systems as required by the Government.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.

Clearance Requirements

You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance. Must be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.

Responsibilities

Using your expertise in intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination, you will be providing support to government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. In addition, you will:

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards
  • Provide lesson plans, presentations, curricula in support of educational goals and maintain materiel within the assigned educational system (e.g., AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.)
  • Review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into training products
  • Develop, maintain training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Team Lead. You must meet the minimum requirements:

  • Senior-Level Qualifications as listed below, plus:
  • 4 years experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
  • Experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability
  • Ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
Senior-Level
  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination
  • 4 years of experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery
  • 4 years experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
  • Experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
  • Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
  • Desired: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
  • Desired: Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline
Mid-Level
  • At least 8 years of related experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
  • 4 years of experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery
  • 4 years experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
  • Experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
  • Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
