Job summary

L3Harris is seeking an experienced System/Integration & Test Engineer to lead integration, testing, and training of a complex communications system. The role requires coordinating hardware/software integration, developing training materials, and delivering end-user training across locations, including Dayton, OH.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 years in engineering, strong teaching skills, and ability to manage on-site training programs, with travel commitments and a clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly Clearance is required.
• Experience in integration, testing and training of complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Support set-up, configuration, and documentation of hardware and software under test.
• Develop and deliver structured training sessions.
• Lead training events on site for customers and end users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional design teams to update training content.
• Travel long periods (7+ months per year) to Dayton, Ohio training facility.
