Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years of related experience in lieu of degree; graduate degree with 2+ years preferred.
• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is required.
• Military or government background is highly valued and training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and document hardware and software systems for testing and training.
• Develop and lead structured training sessions for users with varied technical backgrounds.
• Build, configure, troubleshoot, and integrate hardware packages to support upgrades and deployments.
• Own hardware configuration processes and train others to use systems effectively.
• Support day-to-day training system operations and keep environments running smoothly.
• Lead training classes from start to finish, ensuring participants leave confident.
• Travel occasionally to support training and system integration at different locations.
