Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager, Test and Evaluation, Mission Systems in Costa Mesa, CA. You will own the T&E strategy for a portfolio of sensor programs, lead a team of test engineers, and run field campaigns at representative ranges to ensure data quality and readiness for shipment.

You will prioritize tests to reduce risk, hire and mentor staff, and align with product lines to integrate T&E into schedules while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in EE, physics, aerospace, or related field.
• 10+ years in test engineering, systems T&E, or flight test with increasing scope.
• 3+ years managing engineering teams, including hiring and mentoring.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% during critical test phases.
• Top Secret US Security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Hands-on with wiring diagrams, signal chains, and HW-vs-SW failure isolation.
• Experience producing customer-facing test plans, reports, and data analyses.
• Ability to lead across multiple sensor modalities and drive risk reduction.

Responsibilities

• Own all results of your team, including both successes and failures.
• Own T&E strategy and execution for a portfolio of Mission Systems sensor programs.
• Lead by example and contribute technically when needed.
• Define roadmap, resources, and approach; report to leadership.
