The Boeing Company in China Lake, CA is seeking a Mission Systems Integration Engineer to help develop and integrate advanced mission systems for F/A-18 platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to document requirements, translate them into hardware, software, and interface designs, and support tests from development through field deployment.

Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering and 5+ years of related experience, with hands-on avionics or mission-systems exposure and familiarity

• 5+ years of related work experience with applicable degree.

• Develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Translate requirements into system, hardware, and software designs and interfaces.
• Develop test plans to validate system and system-of-systems performance.
• Conduct lab and ground tests with Boeing/US Navy teams.
• Support fielded hardware and software over the product lifecycle.
• Track risks, issues, and technology readiness.
