Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in electrical, aerospace, software, computer science, mechanical, physics, math, data science, engineering management or related technical discipline plus 7+ years of experience.
• Broad engineering experience across logistics, mission analysis, architecture, hardware, software, networks, data, cybersecurity, integration, testing, or sustainment.
• Ability to translate operational/technical needs into outcomes, constraints, and evidence for decisions.
• Experience integrating multiple products, subsystems, or organizations with different assumptions and maturity.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission needs into technical action and evidence for the next decision.
• Develop and assess architectures, interfaces, data flows, and baselines for complex capabilities.
• Solve cross-disciplinary problems spanning hardware, software, networks, data, and cybersecurity.
• Integrate independently governed efforts across offices and partners.
• Build trusted technical relationships and influence decisions without relying on authority.
• Frame decision-ready trade spaces across mission effect, performance, cost, schedule, and interoperability.
• Design rapid learning activities to test critical assumptions.
• Connect analyses to integration criteria and milestones.
• Support testing, reviews, and operational acceptance to prove capability.
• Preserve modularity and future options in system design.
• Synchronize delivery with dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Produce concise technical docs, briefings, and integration plans.
• Lead defined technical efforts and mentor teammates.
