Job summary

Sasaki Evolutionary Integration Services (SEIS) LLC seeks a Systems Engineer III Mission Analyst for the GMASS program in Colorado Springs. Onsite with some telecommuting, must have active Secret clearance and US citizenship.

Role focuses on sustaining, integrating, and protecting space mission systems for early warning radar capabilities. Responsibilities include requirements definition, system architecting, lifecycle cost estimation, and integration across radar, data, and IT architectures,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years related experience; or Masters with 3+; or PhD with 0 years.
Strong programming skills in C#, XML, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and RESTful APIs.
PLM tools experience: DOORS, Windchill, ARAS.
Database concepts with SQL databases.
U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

Performs systems engineering activities including requirements, architecting, analysis and design, interfaces, and lifecycle cost estimation.
Translates customer requirements into hardware/software specs within schedule and cost constraints.
Conducts functional and trade studies to translate requirements into specs.
Identifies tools and techniques to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
Addresses IT aspects such as storage, backup, monitoring, OS, identity and access management, and automation.
