Job summary

ICE in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Analyst to support IHSC's Special Operations Unit. You will manage administrative, HR, travel, budget, and mission-support functions for medical air, ground, and maritime operations, coordinating readiness and tracking equipment and expenditures.

You will analyze data, assist with planning and reporting, and serve as a key advisor on administrative matters while supporting unit leaders and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing program operations and preparing reports.
• Ability to coordinate administrative functions across HR, travel, and budget.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR, travel, budget, and training support for ISOU operations.
• Coordinate onboarding, office space, equipment, and access for staff.
• Process special pays and flight orders; maintain unit documentation.
• Analyze expenditures and assist in budget requests with data reports.
• Liaise with vendors and ICE offices to ensure mission readiness.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintain records in SharePoint/Office apps.
