The role guides the Operations, Operational Support, and Training Sections, ensuring quality of care and staff development while supporting domestic and international missions involving ICE custody. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and oversight to IHSC Special Operations’ three sections.
• Develop and execute plans to evaluate quality of care provided by contract flight nurses.
• Maintain deployable status 24/7 for air, land, and sea missions; travel up to 50%.
• Prepare and present reports and strategic recommendations to IHSC leadership.
