Young Life in the United States is seeking Mission Staff to help lead and participate in evangelism and discipleship through clubs, Campaigners, and camps.

You will develop personal spiritual growth plans, recruit and train leaders, and coordinate summer and school-year camping strategies while raising donor support and building community relationships. College degree preferred and a commitment to ministry are essential.

Qualificações

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a yearly personal growth plan fostering a vibrant spiritual life.
• Recruit and train leaders to build a leadership team that reflects the community.
• Lead a team to plan and conduct a Young Life club and Campaigners/discipleship ministry with excellence.
• Lead a team to implement a summer and school-season camping strategy for a ministry.
• Serve on a summer assignment at a Young Life camp each year.
• Raise financial support and maintain donor care practices.
• Observe and learn to network with key adults in the community (principals, pastors, parents).
• Assist with camp fundraisers.
