Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate's degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation or employment counseling is desired.
• Knowledge of local Mid-Michigan agencies and the world of work is helpful.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Counsel assigned consumers and manage caseloads in the Mission Services program.
• Coordinate services, referrals, and crisis intervention as needed.
• Document services and write progress and discharge summaries.
• Monitor progress and adjust Mission Services plans over time.
• Prepare discharge summaries for referral agencies and conduct exit interviews.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other agencies to support goals.
