Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Scheduler to join our team in Herndon, VA. The role includes drafting and maintaining technical project schedules, reviewing schedule artifacts, and generating status reports to support mission execution.

Required: BA/BS in Business or related field and 3+ years of scheduling/ reporting experience; proficiency with scheduling software and strong analytical skills. Active Secret clearance preferred; on-site work in Herndon with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• 3+ years of position relevant experience.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and technical reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and prepares technical project schedules and executes routine reviews of schedule artifacts.
• Maintain analytical data logs for schedule metrics and support the preparation of schedule status reports.
• Follow established SOPs to ensure that all technical reviews are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational standards.
• Supports the technical validation of project schedules across the Indo-Pacific theater.
• Draft schedule reports for theater mission nodes and assist in the tracking of milestone completion trends within the Mission Execution and Controls Team.
• Prepare data summaries for mission-partner schedule reviews and support the maintenance of technical documentation for contingency schedules.
• Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
