Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Scheduler to join our team on Oahu, HI. The role focuses on drafting and reviewing technical project schedules, maintaining data logs and preparing schedule status reports for mission execution across the Indo-Pacific theater.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in Business or related field, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in scheduling software and technical reporting. Must hold an active Secret clearance and be able to work on-site in Hawaii.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of position relevant experience.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and technical reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and prepares technical project schedules and executes routine reviews of schedule artifacts.
• Maintains analytical data logs for schedule metrics and supports the preparation of schedule status reports.
• Follows established SOPs to ensure that all technical reviews are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational standards.
• Supports the technical validation of project schedules across the Indo-Pacific theater.
• Drafts schedule reports for theater mission nodes and assists in tracking milestone completion trends within the Mission Execution and Controls Team.
• Prepares data summaries for mission-partner schedule reviews and supports maintenance of technical documentation for contingency schedules.
• Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
