Job summary

Mount Indie seeks a Cloud Architect to lead secure, scalable cloud and hybrid edge-to-cloud deployments for DoD missions across AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, on-prem, and distributed environments. You will collaborate with software, platform, cybersecurity, and government stakeholders to deliver resilient architectures that support warfighter and maritime operations.

You will drive DevSecOps, IaC, and RMF/Zero Trust compliance, guiding multi-classification solutions while ensuring data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least one Cloud certification (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, etc.).
• Active Top Secret clearance or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud architectures aligned to warfighter needs.
• Develop hybrid edge-to-cloud architectures.
• Ensure security and compliance across multi-classification environments (TS/SCI, SECRET, UNCLASS).
• Implement and optimize DevSecOps pipelines (CI/CD, IaC, automated security scans).
• Ensure compliance with DoD cloud standards (ILs 4, 5 & 6+, Zero Trust, RMF).
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and government stakeholders.
