Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Quality Lead for the F-15 Radar Sustainment Programs, onsite in Forest, MS. You will oversee quality and mission assurance for domestic and international sustainment programs, focusing on APG-82/ APG-63 radars and related spares and repairs.

The role reports to the Commercial Fighter Radars and Sustainment area and requires a DoD Secret clearance, with work travelling between sites as needed. Salary ranges from 96,800 to 184,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of quality assurance experience in high-reliability environments.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems and configuration management.
• Proven root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage a Quality Management System across contracts and vendors.
• Tailor quality planning to meet customer requirements and Raytheon program needs.
• Lead RCCA, CAPA processes and quality meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Interface with program management, suppliers, and government representatives.
• Provide QC support for build readiness, testing, and nonconforming material control.
