Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Quality Lead for F-15 Radar Sustainment, onsite in El Segundo, CA. The role focuses on quality and mission assurance for sustainment programs including the F-15 APG-82 and APG-63 radars, spares and repairs. Travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years in quality assurance in high‑reliability environments.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems.
• Proven root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage a Quality Management System and customer flow‑downs throughout contracts.
• Tailor quality planning to meet Raytheon program requirements and supplier needs.
• Lead RCCA, CAB, and continuous improvement activities across multifunctional teams.
