Rune Technologies seeks a Mission Manager to bridge engineering and customer teams, translating military logistics needs into actionable product and program strategies. The role combines high ownership, deep customer engagement, and real-world deployment support with government facilities and bases.

You will lead training, identify datasets with customers, and collaborate across engineering, product, and leadership to ensure success. A bachelor’s degree and US secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience serving in the US military in logistics or sustainment roles preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret security clearance
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision‑making skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑disciplinary teams
• Willingness to travel 25–50% to support program objectives and customer engagements

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with our customers to understand their challenges and represent the customer to the Rune engineering team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, business development and leadership to ensure customer success
• Be a do-er who translates customer problems into actionable product and program strategies
• Support deployment of Rune software for testing, evaluation and operational use at government facilities and military bases
• Lead training sessions to ensure Rune’s product meets user needs and has concrete impact
• Identify datasets through customer problems and work with engineers to integrate data into product delivery
