Rune Technologies is seeking a Mission Manager to connect our engineering and product teams with military partners, ensuring our solutions meet the rigorous demands of modern military logistics. You will drive customer success from the remote tactical edge to higher command levels, translating complex needs into actionable strategies.

Ideal candidates combine DoD logistics experience with strong relationship-building, communication, and leadership, and are willing to travel 25-50% to support

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in US military logistics or sustainment roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret security clearance.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand their challenges and guide product development.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, business development and exec teams.
• Act as a do-er, translating problems into actionable strategies.
• Support deployment of Rune software at government facilities.
• Lead training sessions to ensure product meets user needs.
• Identify datasets with customers and integrate data into delivery.
