Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a nonprofit organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for mission-driven programs to align with organizational goals.
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation for efficient program delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify community needs and develop responsive programs.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance using data-driven insights.
• Lead and mentor program staff and foster collaboration.
• Develop partnerships with community organizations and government agencies to expand reach.
• Prepare reports for senior management and the board highlighting achievements and opportunities.
