Guidehouse is seeking a senior program manager to lead complex national security programs. You will apply broad program management experience to identify improvements, spearhead initiatives, and deliver mission impact across the IC and DoD landscape.
Please bring an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph, a bachelor’s degree, and 10+ years of program management experience in national security. Master’s degrees and PMP certification are a plus.

Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph
Leverage program management experience across complex programs to identify areas for improvement, spearhead initiatives to generate progress, and deliver mission impact
Utilize understanding of complex nuances of Department of War and US Intelligence Community collaboration pathways and existing relationships and equities to drive progress
Lead initiatives that fuse technology and data workflows with mission requirements
Drive progress against both stated and unstated objectives, helping to build and sustain a business capability that increases efficiencies and output
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
Bachelor’s degree
TEN (10) or more years of experience in program management within the national security environment
FIFTEEN (15) or more years of directly relevant professional experience in program management, ideally within the national security or defense environment
Experience with technology and data work flows to enable mission and business objectives
Master’s degree in a relevant field or discipline
A Program Management Professional certification
