Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Lead IC-wide data management program leader in Bethesda, MD to align data governance, metadata management, and data sharing with the IC Data Strategy. You will collaborate with IC Chief Data Officers, mission owners, and tech leaders to advance enterprise priorities.

You will manage milestones and budgets within IC processes, engage ODNI/DoD IC agencies, and drive a data-centric culture while ensuring ICD directive compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires active TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in program management, data governance, or cyber tech implementations within IC or federal government.

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree
• FOUR (4)+ years of experience in program management, data governance, or cyber technology implementations within the IC or federal government

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Master’s degree in a technical or policy-related field.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
• CDMP, TOGAF, or other data governance/architecture credentials.
• Familiarity with IC Capability Requirements Process (ICD 115) and IC IE Data Strategy.
• Experience supporting ODNI or IC-wide transformation efforts.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across agencies.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
