• Translate operational mission requirements into technical requirements, concepts, architectures, or capability development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of technical, mission, or analytic workstreams, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Provide people leadership through coaching, mentorship, feedback, and fostering a growth‑oriented team culture.
• Oversee program and contract management elements such as staffing, hours forecasting, deliverable tracking, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with government customers at customer sites, translating mission needs into actionable plans and technical solutions.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and shaping solutioning workshops.
