Qualifications

• Knowledge of Marine Corps force design, combat development, force generation, and force employment processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage programs of varying complexities.

• Shape, capture, manage, and oversee the delivery of services and solutions for the Marine Corps.
• Form and lead high performing teams, oversee program performance, and implement continuous improvement.
