Job summary

MBDA is seeking a systems design professional to contribute to mission planning products. You will conduct design activities, provide inputs to requirements capture, design freezes, system integration and testing through to verification and certification.

You will collaborate with UK and French teams and engage with customers and end-users, gaining hands-on experience with real equipment while MBDA offers flexible working practices and extensive employee benefits.

Job description

As we develop products for delivery to end users you will have also be hands‑on with actual mission planning equipment developed for weapons such as Storm Shadow, Spear and others currently in development and with this comes engagement with customers and end users as well as working with many other parts of MBDA

• You will be conducting systems design activities for various mission planning products.
• You will provide key inputs to requirements capture, design freezes, system integration and testing through to full product verification and certification.
• You will work closely with UK and French Systems and Software teams, as well as other parties to enable robust design and system validation.
• You will be hands‑on with real, operational equipment and have the opportunity to engage with Customers and End-Users, Employees receive 25 days of paid annual leave per calendar year, in addition to all statutory and public holidays.
