Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking an experienced Mission Planner SME to develop and execute mission plans for optical surveillance operations, translating HQ tasking into actionable operations. You will support crew and mission success, align with core values, and ensure quality in deliverables.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a strong background in space operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/space ops experience.
• 5+ years in space operations, mission planning, SSA/SDA, orbital analysis, or related areas.
• Ability to perform operational reporting and support crew coordination.
• Hands-on familiarity with space-domain operations tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Convert HQ directives into executable mission plans with tasking coordination.
• Monitor mission priorities, system constraints, weather, sensor status, and other requirements; re-prioritize as needed.
• Maintain mission logs, reports, planning products, and coordination documentation.
