Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Mission Planner to join the Longmont, CO office. You will monitor and execute tactical near-term collection strategies to support project and service level agreements, and oversee data and factory flows from planning to delivery.

You will perform ground troubleshooting with MOC personnel, communicate with leads and engineers, and escalate issues as needed. This role requires US citizenship with an active Secret clearance and 24/7 shift availability, offering a meaningful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, geography, remote sensing, GIS, or a related field.
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to perform 24/7 rotational shift work.
• At least 2 years of project and/or task management experience.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute tactical near-term collection strategies, supporting project and service level agreements.
• Monitor data and factory flows from planning, product generation, into layout and delivery.
• Perform necessary ground troubleshooting in accordance with established procedures and collaborate with MOC personnel during anomaly resolution.
• Communicate effectively with leads, engineers, and other stakeholders when troubleshooting beyond the scope of the existing procedures.
• Escalate operational issues as needed with team management and technical support teams.
