Job summary

Trinzic, the planned spin-off from KBR's Mission Technology Solutions, seeks a Miles-Program Supervisor-Contingency to lead contract personnel supporting operations at Albany and other sites. You ensure staffing alignment, safety, and compliance to meet mission objectives.

Travel may be required; the role requires a Tier 3 security clearance and CAC; you will coordinate with government and contractor leadership to deliver on-time, safe, compliant mission support.

Qualifications

• Five+ years supervising staff in production, maintenance, or logistics.
• Experience training personnel on safety and compliance.
• Ability to obtain Tier 3 security clearance and CAC.
• Ability to work onsite and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and leadership for contract personnel at MCLB Albany and other locations.
• Manage daily workforce activities, assign tasks, coordinate schedules, and optimize staffing.
• Serve as primary point of contact for personnel issues and escalations to Operations Manager.
• Monitor performance and ensure contract requirements and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and certification activities for new employees.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on status, staffing, and productivity.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain records for licenses, certifications, and qualifications.
