Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services is seeking Mission Managers/Targeters to support a client's operational requirements in a demanding, fast-moving environment. The role coordinates, resources, and oversees persistent collection operations across in-house and geographically dispersed elements.

This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph, HUMINT experience, and the ability to work a 24x7x365 rotating schedule. Salary range is $100,000 to $190,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required with no exceptions.
• Prior experience supporting HUMINT operations or familiarity with the Community and its objectives.
• Willingness to commit to the schedule and deployment expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and resource persistent collection operations from planning through execution.
• Synchronize efforts across in-house and geographically dispersed elements to meet defined collection objectives.
• Make complex, multi-factor decisions under significant time pressure and operational stress.
• Assess both the immediate and downstream implications of tactical decisions and how they support broader team objectives.
• Interact directly with customer personnel at all levels of the organization.
