Waterfront Rescue Mission in Pensacola, FL is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations at the Pensacola Mission location. The role supervises Food Services and other Support Staff, ensuring safety, compliance, and client-focused service.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in management or related field with ministry operations experience and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position requiring faith alignment with the Mission's values.

Qualifications

• Must exemplify Christian behaviors and ethics in daily work.
• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years in ministry operations or related management experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurability required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty when Director is unavailable.
• Coordinate client appointments and transportation.
• Oversee facility operations and staff scheduling.
• Maintain safety and compliance, including Safe Serve certification.
• Supervise Mission Support Staff and Volunteers.
