Waterfront Rescue Mission in Pensacola, FL is seeking an Operations Manager who is positive, productive and safety-minded. The role supervises all Support Staff and ensures smooth daily operations at the Pensacola Mission location.

The candidate must have a Christian commitment, a Bachelor’s degree in management or related field, and 2+ years in ministry operations. A valid driver’s license and Level 2 Background Clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Must exemplify Christian behaviors and ethics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Social Work or related field; and 2+ years experience in ministry operations.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Manager on Duty when Director is off campus.
• Coordinates client appointments and transport.
• Oversees inventory, orders, and reports.
• Oversees day-to-day facility operations and staff supervision.
• Obtains and maintains Safe Serve certification.
